Permissions

Platonic Physical Contact: DEFINITELY! This guy is definitely a hugger, and someone who is completely okay with physical contact. Hand shaking, sudden grabbing, tackling, this guy is prone to it, and probably won't argue if your character does it to him.
Violent Physical Contact: He's a human, and he's not exactly a strong kind of guy. He'd probably be against most physical violence or fighting, unless it's absolutely necessary!!
Mindreading: His mental barriers aren't boastful, so he's likely not a hard mind to read.
IC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: He doesn't have many, just don't be a violent asshole and don't threaten his friends. He's pretty friendly, can be VERY flirty (Especially with women or cute girls.) and can tend to be a little more free with physical contact than most people.
