[ there is a pause and though Hide can't see Kaneki's face, he can guess what is happening: he is blushing as if all the blood in his body is rushing to his cheeks.

Hide says it so simply. And Even if Hide didn't mean it like that, that's all Kaneki can think of after what happened during the festival. When Kaneki finally manages to answer, it's almost like a whisper ]

Do...don't ask him that... [ he will know why Hide and Kaneki wants the house for themselves, he will know what they will be doing ]

[Cute. He was cute, the way his voice is quiet as he admits that he does want the house to themselves, and even the apology didn't bother him this time around.

He lets out a little sigh--a happy sound, if anything as he tips his head down.
His face is a little pink too, but... hey, he's always been the bolder of the two of them, hasn't he? Of course he's embarrassed. But he's able to recover faster.

[ he hums softly, as he hears Hide's words. He isn't good at it, but he sure looks the opposite, that's what Kaneki thinks. Or at least, he looks like he can handle it a lot better than Ken. ]

You always sound a lot less... awkward, though. [ yeah, awkward is the right word. Kaneki breathes out as he thinks for a moment. He will try not to sound less awkward now, since this is probably something they should talk about. ]

... I'd like to try more than what we already did. [ maybe through phone (communicator?) isn't the best way to talk about it, but kaneki will probably die of embarrassment if they do this face to face ] I-it's fine if we don't...!
